Honey mustard is my downfall guys. By far my favorite salad dressing. I have tried so many different versions and often with salad dressing I find they are loaded with fat. Now there is nothing wrong with having fat in your salad dressing but since I count macros I would rather use up my fats in different areas, like avocado! I tend to buy Bolthouse Farms dressings because they are delicious and their honey mustard is great! I am also always looks for ways to boost my protein intake so I decided to take on creating my own honey mustard dressing using nonfat plain greek yogurt. I tend to emphasize the plain because I have most definitely bought vanilla yogurt and used it in a recipe before by accident lol
I ran a few different trial recipes but this one was definitely my favorite! I usually make a big batch on Sunday and measure it out into individual containers for the week so I can grab it each morning before I go to work! It stays just fine all week!

To make you would combine all ingredients and stir together. I find it works find just mixing it without having to use anything special. I tend to mix it together with a spoon or a fork and its great!
I personally like to double or triple the recipe so I have enough for the week without having to remake mid week. We have very busy weekdays so I try and do all my food prep on Sundays. I will be getting into that more in a future post!
